Step 3: Set up your notifications (we recommend turning ON text notifications)

Step 4: Download the iOS App (exclusively for iPhone)

  • Adding Escrow Information
  • One-click order NHD
  • Start and send seller disclosures to your clients
  • Annotate / Split / Combine / Reorder Documents
  • Activity (buyer interest reports)
  • Manage Incoming Offers

Step 6: Add your TC/Assistant (short guide)

Step 7: Link the Listing Information Package to the MLS (follow this guide)

Step 8: Share your completed Listing information Package with potential buyers and their agents.
