How to Rescind an Offer

Rescind an Offer Submitted on a Property

As a Buyer Agent, if you’ve submitted an offer on a property via the HLM software your buyers are no longer interested in moving forward with the property you can choose to mark the offer as Rescinded.

The listing agent will still be able to see the terms of your offer as well as any supporting documents that have been uploaded to the offer. Rescinding an offer allows the Listing Agent to report the information for compliance purposes and keeps a track record for you as a buyer agent.

How It’s Done

Step 1 - Navigate to the For Buyers Tab
