Payment Methods

HomeLight Listing Management (HLM) accepts the following payment methods: credit card and debit card. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or payments made by phone.

Payments made in your local currency will be converted to USD at the current exchange rate at the time of purchase. At this time, we do not offer gift subscriptions, lifetime plans, free trials or one-time plans.

Cancellation and Refunds

Monthly

The monthly subscription gives you the flexibility to start and stop your subscription without being tied to an annual contract or a cancellation fee.

Your subscription will automatically renew every month until you cancel in your account settings under billing. You must cancel at least 1 day before the renewal date, previous charges will not be refunded, but you may continue to use the service until the end of the term paid for. 

Annual

The annual subscription will automatically renew every year until you cancel the subscription within your profile billing settings. For all brand-new sign-ups, it comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel after 14 days, you'll be charged for 1 month of service + any service fees.

Q: Can I use HLM without a subscription?

  • A: Yes, we have a wonderful free version that will allow you to create, manage, share, and receive offers. Some features are only available with a Pro subscription. Click here to see HLM Pro Features

Q: Can I use HLM on more than one computer?

  • A: Yes. To ensure that you are accessing the correct account, be sure to log in with the same email address across all devices. 

Q: Can I sign up for a one-time Pro access option?

  • A: All plan purchases of HLM Pro, monthly or annual, are subscriptions, meaning, your Pro access will recur every month or year. We do not have the option to pay for one months service or one years service. If you would like to have only one month or one year service, you must log into your account and cancel your subscription at least 1 day before the following renewal date.

Q: What is the difference between the annual and monthly subscription plans?

  • A: The annual subscription will automatically renew every year until you cancel the subscription within your profile billing settings. It comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Q: I don't want to cancel my Pro subscription. Can I PAUSE my Pro subscription?

  • A: Agents with monthly Pro subscriptions have the option to pause Pro for blocks of 1 to 6 month periods. Pausing your subscription will downgrade your subscription plan from Pro to Basic for the duration of the pause period selected. While your subscription is Paused, you will lose access to all Pro features, however, your subscription and all Pro feature access will be automatically restored at the end of the pause period.

  • A: For monthly subscribers, your subscription will automatically renew every month until you cancel within your account billing settings. Refunds are not provided once a subscription renews. If you cancel a monthly subscription on or after the renewal date, you will be charged for another month and your access will be extended for the remainder of the billing period. 

Q: How do I cancel my Annual Subscription?

  • A: All requests to cancel an annual subscription should be sent to support@disclosures.io  

For all new sign-ups, if you cancel your annual subscription after 14 days, you’ll be charged for 1 month of service. If you are canceling your annual subscription after 30 days you will be issued a one-time prorated refund based on days of usage, so long as you are within the first 6 months of your subscription.

After 6 months you are no longer eligible for refund, but will continue to have access to Pro for the period paid for once you cancel. 

Q: My Annual Subscription renewed, how do I get a refund?

  • A: All requests to cancel an annual subscription should be sent to support@disclosures.io.

    A reminder email will be sent to you 7 days prior to your annual subscription renewal date. If you cancel at least 1 day before the renewal date, you will not be charged and renewed. If you cancel an annual subscription on or after the renewal date, you will be charged for another year and your access will be extended for the remainder of the billing period.
