Last June, we made a decision to join forces with HomeLight to build a true end-to-end platform designed specifically for agents. Nothing will change with the disclosures service you know and love but you’ll notice we have a great new logo and name!
Disclosures.io now powers the newly formed HomeLight Listing Management (HLM) division, available to agents nationwide.

What This Means For...
Your Clients
Your Client's information will continue to remain confidential to you. HomeLight will not use your client’s information to generate or harvest any referral leads.
Further, HomeLight will not use Customer Data of a real estate agent using the Services (including any data concerning any clients of a real estate agent using the Services) without the real estate agent’s knowledge to sell, market, or advertise HomeLight services or products to any client’s of the real estate agent.
Disclosures.io Agents, Managers, and Transaction Coordinators
If you are not a HomeLight Agent any new HomeLight Service feature integrations will provide you with the opportunity to learn more about the service. This allows you to opt-in to receive more information from HomeLight and gives you a chance to learn about new products as they are made available.
Disclosures.io + HomeLight Agents
If you’re a Disclosuers.io and HomeLight user soon it will be easier for you to navigate from the HomeLight app directly into the new Listing Management product. This will create a seamless connection between HomeLight Listing Management (formerly Disclosures.io) all the great services that you love from HomeLight: Trade-In, Cash Offer, and Escrow.

Q: Who will be there to support me if I have any questions?
- Our dedicated support team will continue to provide technical and product support for you every step of the way.
Q: What are we supposed to call you?
- Officially we are HomeLight Listing Management or HLM for short.
We understand that this might take some getting used to and that many of our users refer to us as "IO" or Disclosures. No matter what name you mention we'll continue to be here for you!
Q: Where do I go to find my packages?
- Your login information and account will remain the same. All of your property packages, both active and archived, will continue to be accessible to you.
Q: What changes are going to be made to the software?
- You may notice more features being released as well as logo and branding changes.
Q: Can I still connect my property packages via the MLS?
- Yes. Some MLS Providers do have designated spots to add a HomeLight Listing Management URL and others allow for a direct link to the package.
Q: Can I still keep my packages stored in the software?
- Yes. Your account will remain the same and all of your property packages, both active and archived, will continue to be accessible to you.
Q: Is your website changing?
- Right now, and moving forward, nothing will change in your account without you being notified. Our continued dedication to your success and your security lives on and we will continue to add new great features.
Q: Is this going to cost more?
- Your current subscription price will remain the same, if any changes are made you will be notified in advance.
Q: I work for a brokerage, how does this impact my account?
- Without being tied to one specific Brokerage we can continue to make HLM a software used by all agents. If there are any changes to your specific brokerage’s account we will notify you accordingly.
Q: What does this mean for my privacy and security as well as my client's privacy and security?
- We understand the sensitivity of your data as well as your client’s data. Your Client's information will continue to remain confidential to you. HomeLight will not use your client’s information to generate or harvest any referral leads.
