Adding an Office to Your Brokerage

If your brokerage has created another office or acquired another smaller brokerage you can create a new office within your Disclosures.io account. This feature is only available to those who have access to Disclosures.io as a Brokerage Administrator.

How It’s Done

Step 1- Log into Disclosures.io

Step 2- Navigate to Brokerage Dashboard

Click on your name in the top right-hand corner and select your brokerage name. If you do not see your brokerage name this means you do not have access to the brokerage account as an Administrator.

Step 3- Offices

In your Brokerage Dashboard under the offices tab there will be an option to create a new office. Select this option to get started.

Step 4- Office Information

When creating a new office you will be prompted to enter all office information including name, license number, logo, and contact information for the office location. The office information that you add will syndicate down to the profiles for members in that office. Once all information has been entered, select the “Create Office” button.

Step 5- Dashboard View

The newly created office will now be in your dashboard view. If there are changes that need to be made to the office information selecting the “Edit” button will allow you to make changes. If the office was created in error the “Delete” button will remove the office from the brokerage account. 

Please note that if there are any users in an office when the office is deleted they will lose access to the pro features. Any brokerage assistants that had the ability to switch into those users accounts will no longer be able to access those agents.

Q: I need to add multiple users to an office. Can I import users?

  • A: If there is a large number of users that need to be added to an office please reach out to support@disclosures.io or your designated Disclosures.io Account Manager and they will be able to help get those users added in a bulk import. 

Q: There are existing Administrators and Assistants in my Brokerage Account, can they get access to the new office?

Q: If a user joins the brokerage as an office manager, office staff member, or an agent, can I add them to the brokerage account?

  • A: Yes, as an Office Administrator you will be able to add a user to the office(s) that you have access to. This help article will show you how to get that done: Add a User to Your Brokerage Account.

Q: Can I edit the users’ information after I've invited them?

  • A: Yes, you can do this by navigating to the Members tab in the dashboard and selecting the edit option next to the user's name.

Q: How long does it take for brokerage members to get access to the Pro Features?

  • A: Once a user accepts the brokerage invitation they will have access to the Pro Features.
